AMSI updates on support-service quality, standards, research, and publications.
New AMSI Core Foundation Publications Now Available
August 2026
AMSI has expanded its standards and research materials with new publications further developing the foundations of support-service quality under the Whole Quality Institute — WQI.
The new materials present the Support-Service Quality Object as a coherent quality object bringing together the Person Receiving Support, Support Workers, Support Work, Support Results, Intended Functions and Results, service conditions, boundaries, interfaces, responsibilities, context, and the Evidence basis required for Quality State determination.
New research publications also provide justification of the invariant Core Quality Factors and Quality Indicators for the PCA and VRJ quality standards.
These additions strengthen the foundation for applying the AMSI quality framework to different support-service contexts while maintaining a structured connection between the Quality Object, Quality Factors, Indicators, evidence, and bounded Quality Claims.

New AMSI Standards and Publications Now Available
July 2026
AMSI has released an updated set of standards, guidance, and publications as a platform under the Whole Quality Institute — WQI.
The updated AMSI materials apply the WQI approach to support-service quality, describing quality as an observed, evidenced, and bounded service quality state in real-life support contexts.
The updated resources include foundational AMSI materials, support-quality articles, PCA and VRJ quality standards, context guides, and service verification methodology.
Together, these publications provide a practical framework for connecting service quality factors, indicators, outcome criteria, evidence, real-life conditions, and bounded quality claims.
To access the materials, visit amsi-inc.org → Standards & Guidance.
