New AMSI Standards and Publications Now Available

July 2026

AMSI has released an updated set of standards, guidance, and publications as a platform under the Whole Quality Institute — WQI.

The updated AMSI materials apply the WQI approach to support-service quality, describing quality as an observed, evidenced, and bounded service quality state in real-life support contexts.

The updated resources include foundational AMSI materials, support-quality articles, PCA and VRJ quality standards, context guides, and service verification methodology.

Together, these publications provide a practical framework for connecting service quality factors, indicators, outcome criteria, evidence, real-life conditions, and bounded quality claims.
